Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, under the Hawaii Cottage Food Law we are not allowed to ship products.

  • I prefer the cake flowers to be provided by your florist. The flowers should be cleaned and hydrated before I begin processing them. I love adding floral arrangements to cakes and will practice food safety to the best of my ability. Most flowers are meant to be enjoyed visually, not eaten.

  • No, not at this time. All our products are made with flour, sugar, dairy and eggs. Some flavors may contain coconut, pureed fruit, nuts, and extracts. We can, however, refer you to bakers that provide cakes for those with dietary restrictions.

  • Cake tasting boxes are for pick up once a month in the Ewa Beach area. Be sure to follow me on IG to know when the next tasting box pick-up is and don’t forget to fill out a tasting box form. To request a cake-tasting box, please fill out the request form here.

  • Of course! I love working with coordinators and they usually have all the details I need to get your cake going and delivered for your special day.

  • Approximately 75% of your guest will enjoy a serving of cake at your wedding. Some people have dietary restrictions or are simply not cake people - and that’s okay! Our menu includes serving sizes per cake so you can better estimate how much cake you would like to order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot adjust our recipes to specific requests (e.g. more or less sweetness, tartness, different types of frosting or cake textures, etc.) All of our recipes are carefully curated to not only have our signature taste and style but to also withstand humidity and transport.
